Shipping Policy
At Luxem Swiss, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. We ship throughout Poland, across Europe, and to selected international destinations.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time & Rates
🇵🇱 Poland:
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
- FREE shipping for orders over 250 PLN
- 15 PLN flat rate for orders below 250 PLN
🇪🇺 Europe:
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Shipping fee: 30–50 PLN depending on country
International:
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
- Shipping fee calculated at checkout

We work with trusted logistics providers, including:
- InPost
- DHL
- DPD
- UPS
- GLS
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at luxemswiss@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
